The eco-friendly facility, which has the Green Key Award, turns summer holidays into a feast thanks to its seafront location, blue flag beach and large outdoor pools.
Combining the comfort of the facility with a tasteful decoration, the rooms; safe, water heater, minibar, split air conditioner, satellite broadcast, wireless internet, music broadcast, television, bathroom, shower, hair dryer.
For children in the facility, which aims for guests of all ages to enjoy their holiday; There is a children's pool, water slide and mini club, as well as various activities throughout the day and a teenage club.

Food Concept
Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet meals are free. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages within the brands determined by the facility are free of charge for 24 hours, and foreign alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks determined by the facility are free between 10.00-01.00. Freshly squeezed orange juice is free for breakfast. Special brandy, 12 and 15 year old whiskey varieties, special local and foreign wines, freshly squeezed fruit juices and all foreign drinks served between 01.00-10.00 are chargeable.
Guests staying at the facility must stay 3 nights or more in order to benefit from the a la carte restaurants. In a la carte uses; Double seating arrangement is used and guests get the right to use by making reservations according to the time zones they will receive service. A la carte restaurants serve as 18.30-20.00 first session and 20.00-21.30 second session. Fish a la carte restaurants at Crystal Hotels serve for a fee.
Minibar is filled with soft drinks and water once a day. The entrance to the disco is free and the drinks within the brands determined by the facility are free.
There is a diet corner in the buffets of the facility, and our chefs on duty during the buffet hours can help all the needs of the guests.

In the facility; For children aged 4-12, the mini club is open between 10.30-12.30 and 15.30-17.30, and for children aged 13-17, the Teenage Club is open between 10.30-12.30 and 15.30-17.30. Located 250 m from the sea, the facility has a 40 m long sandy beach. Access to the beach is provided by the pathway and the beach shuttle that goes every 10 minutes. Umbrellas, sun loungers, mattresses, beach towels are free of charge on the beach and by the pool.

General Warning
Children under the age of 10 cannot use the adult slides. Due to hygiene rules, male guests are required to wear long trousers at dinner (Athlete and flip-flops are not accepted for dinner). Children aged 4-7 are not allowed to use the aquapark.
Couples who want to take advantage of the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate at check-in for their stays within 6 months from the date of marriage.
Access to Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort rooms starts at 14.00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open spaces in the facility depends on seasonal conditions.
2+2 or 3+1 stays in rooms other than family rooms or some private rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be as comfortable as a fixed bed.
Ultra All Inclusive accommodation provided at the property starts with dinner, includes dinner for the number of nights stayed, and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, a suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the hotel early.
Additional Information
King Cobra Kingdom Aquapark provides service between 10.30-12.00 and 14.30-16.30. There are 11 slides in the aquapark (Red King Cobra, Body Slides, Black Hole, Space Boat, Freefall, Flying Boats x2, Multi Slide, Rafting Slide). Internet corner is available for a fee. Waterpolo, stretching, zumba, yoga, Nordic walking sticks are free.
