In all rooms of the facility; Facilities such as air conditioning, balcony, minibar, hair dryer, bathrobe and safety deposit box are available.
There is a restaurant where you can taste delicious menus and a bar where you can get exclusive drinks. There is also a tennis court, mini golf course, playground and children's club.
You can also benefit from the sauna and hammam facilities, where you can get rid of your daily tiredness and unwind.
Food Concept
Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet meals are free. Free breakfast with fresh orange juice in the main restaurant. Some local and foreign alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (except deluxe drinks) within the brands determined by the facility are free of charge for 24 hours in the Lobby Piano Bar. Lobby Piano Bar is open 24 hours between 01.04 - 31.10. A la carte restaurants, six days a week between 19.00 - 22.00 with reservation and cover charge. Guests who book Terrace Suite can benefit from the special concept free of charge. Freshly squeezed orange juices are chargeable. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks and beer.
There are menus for diabetics in the special diet buffet of the facility, and a vegan and gluten-free nutrition buffet (service is provided according to the demands of the guests.) This buffet is only available in the morning, lunch and evening at the main restaurant service hours. For special requests, guests must state that they are vegan, gluten-free or diabetic, 2 days in advance or at the time of booking.

General Warning
2+2 and 3+1 accommodation is not accepted in rooms with garden view, pool view and side sea view. Children under the age of 12 are admitted to the fitness center with their family members.
The entrance to the Alva Donna World Palace rooms starts from 14:00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not accepted at the property. The use of open spaces in the facility depends on seasonal conditions. There are 8 disabled rooms in the facility.
Ultra All Inclusive accommodation provided at the facilities; It starts with dinner, includes dinner for the number of nights stayed, and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, a suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the facility early.

General Information;
· The facility has a Safe Tourism Certificate.
· Due to the architectural structure of the facility, the number of indoor spaces is limited, so the use of air conditioners in the indoor area is limited.
· The location of the hotel rooms is not in the form of closed corridors, and access to all rooms is provided directly from the open corridors.
· Since the blocks of the facility are low-rise, there is no need to use an elevator.
On the 400-meter-long private beach, there are enough sun loungers and sunshades in compliance with the social distance rule for all guests. In addition, with the pavilions on the beach, guests can use the beach completely independently from other guests (for a fee).
· There are many swimming pools of different sizes for guests to use comfortably.
· There are 2 main restaurants with terraces, 4 a la carte restaurants, 2 snack restaurants and 7 bars at the facility, which welcome guests with extended service hours.
